Justice Sanjeev Narula said the gravity of the Official Secrets Act case lay in the nature of the documents, their source and their intended destination, as he refused regular bail to wheelchair-bound Habib Ur Rahman, arrested in 2021 for allegedly passing military secrets to a Pakistan High Commission official.
