Ladakh Sets Nov 21 Panchayat Polls, Its First Since Becoming a Union Territory
The State Election Commission on Wednesday announced polling for all Panchayat Halqas on November 21, with the Model Code of Conduct taking effect immediately. It will be the first grassroots election in the UT since its creation in 2019.
